Selecting Your Service Area

At Integra Telecom, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. By providing us with information about your service area, you help us meet this goal — and get the most appropriate information.

How does it work?

Simply use the pull-down menu located on the home page, this page or any of several other sections of the Integra site to indicate your service area. From that point on, the site will "remember" which area you selected and present information that applies to your service area.

Mmmm, cookies ...

The Integra site remembers your preference using a "cookie" — a small piece of data stored by your web browser. Since your preference is stored on your computer, you will have to indicate your service area preference again if you return on a different computer.

"It keeps asking me to indicate my service area ..."

If you are prompted to indicate your service area more than once, it's probably because your web browser is configured not to accept cookies. Since this site uses cookies to "remember" what market you selected, you will continue to be prompted. To avoid this, configure your browser to accept all cookies or to explicitly allow cookies from Integra's domain: www.integratelecom.com.
