Meet Integra's senior regional management team

The following Senior Vice Presidents are responsible for the financial and operational performance of their respective market areas. These senior vice presidents lead a local workforce who care for their customers and maintain Integra's local network.

Mike Daniel, Senior Vice President - Oregon

Mike Daniel, Senior Vice President - Oregon Mike Daniel has served as Sr. Vice President of Oregon since he joined Integra Telecom in 2003. He has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, including leading and building large, geographically dispersed sales and operations teams. Previous to Integra Mr. Daniel spent 10 years with Electric Lightwave serving in various management positions and most recently as vice president of sales. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for national accounts in sales and sales management with MCI Telecommunications. Mr. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oregon State University.

Rob Smith, Senior Vice President - Arizona

Rob Smith, Senior Vice President - Arizona Rob Smith joined Integra in 2000 as Integra's Vice President of Information Technology. In 2002 he was appointed Vice President of Customer Care for Integra's Oregon service area and in 2008 he began his current role as Sr. Vice President of Integra Telecom of Arizona. Previous to Integra, Mr. Smith served as director of Information services and director of plant systems at CenturyTel in Vancouver, Wash. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho.

Ken Worcester, Senior Vice President - Colorado

Ken Worcester, Senior Vice President - Colorado Ken Worcester has held the position of Sr. Vice President of Colorado since September 2007. Mr. Worcester joined Integra in 2001 as Vice President of Sales for the Minnesota market and was appointed Senior Vice President for that market in 2005. Previously, Mr. Worcester co-founded Shea Technologies and prior to co-founding Shea, Mr. Worcester spent 11 years with Globelle serving most recently as director of sales.

Mark Blosch, Senior Vice President - Washington

Mark Blosch, Senior Vice President - Washington Mark Blosch has more than 20 years of telecommunications management experience and currently leads Integra Telecom of Washington. Prior to leading Integra's Washington market, Mr. Blosch served as the Sr. Vice President of Integra's Utah operations. Before joining Integra, he served as general manager of Utah for Electric Lightwave. Prior to that, he was the Northwest regional agent manager for USLD Communications (now Qwest). Mr. Blosch received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah.

Gary Nieboer, Senior Vice President - Utah/Idaho/Montana

Gary Nieboer, Senior Vice President - Montana/Idaho/Utah Gary Nieboer joined Integra in 2006. He has more than 15 years of management experience in the telecommunication industry, and his areas of expertise encompass direct and indirect sales team leadership, customer service management, technical design consulting, system management, strategic planning and regulatory tariffs. Previously, Mr. Nieboer served as director of sales for Electric Lightwave and was an integral part of the team during the company's acquisition by Integra. He also gained experience with US West Communications Services, where he served as a strategic account manager and a sales engineer. Mr. Nieboer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.

Steve Wachter, Senior Vice President - Minnesota/North Dakota

Steve Wachter, Senior Vice President - Minnesota/North Dakota Steve Wachter joined Integra Telecom in September 2007 with the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. At that time Mr. Wachter was appointed Sr. Vice President of Integra's Minnesota and North Dakota markets. Prior to joining Integra Mr. Wachter had spent eight years with Eschelon primarily serving as the company's Executive Vice President of Sales. Before leading Eschelon's sales force, he held various sales positions at Ameritech (currently SBC). Mr. Wachter holds a Bachelor's degree and graduated with high honors from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Josh Conklin, Senior Vice President - California/Nevada

Josh Conklin, Senior Vice President  - California/Nevada Josh Conklin joined Integra in September 2007 with the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. He began his career at Eschelon in 1999 as an Account Executive in Colorado. Between 2000 and 2007, he served the company in various leadership roles in the markets of Seattle, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City and Denver. In 2007 with the Integra acquisition of Eschelon, Josh was appointed Sr. Vice President of California and Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.

Dave Kunde, Senior Vice President - Integra Telecom ILEC Operations

Dave Kunde, Senior Vice President - Integra Telecom ILEC Operations Dave Kunde joined Integra in September 2007 to lead Integra's ILEC operation in Prior Lake, Minn. Previously, Mr. Kunde had served as Vice President of Operations and Technical Planning with Eschelon Telecom since 1999. Mr. Kunde has also held various leadership roles at Citizens Communications and Rochester Telephone/Vista Tel. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
