Community Matters

An Integra Program – Investing in the lives of the people we serve

Every day Integra employees strive to do their very best, both on the job and in their communities.  Through our Community Matters program we build relationships with non-profit organizations that make a difference, improve neighborhoods and create lasting results in every community that we serve.

Through our Community Matters Program we focus our resources in helping:

  • Youth – Supporting health, education and the well-being of the communities we serve.
  • Health – Striving for wellness, safety and eradication of disease
  • Community – Improving the stability and quality of life in our communities, with focus on low-income individuals and families.

Integra employees are passionate about this commitment to our communities and actively volunteer in both individual and company-led efforts.  The Community Matters program provides each Integra employee with eight hours per year of paid time off for community service activities.  Since its inception in 2008 Integra Employees have committed over 27,000 volunteer hours working with organizations such as:

March of Dimes

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Row for the Cure

Boys and Girls Club

Habitat for Humanity

American Cancer Society

Regional Food Banks

American Red Cross

National MS Society

By working together we provide meaningful support that improves the quality of life for our employees, customers and community members.
