Kevin O’Hara, CEO
Kevin O’Hara became Chief Executive Officer for Integra in October of 2011. Mr. O’Hara has served on the board since 2009, most recently as chairman.
With more than 20 years’ leadership experience in network communications, Mr. O’Hara has led a number of organizations from their early stages through periods of rapid growth, and has presided over the acquisition or integration of more than 30 companies. Mr. O’Hara was a co-founder of Level 3 Communications and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer, helping to lead it from inception to a global enterprise, earning $4.2 billion of annual revenue, with markets in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to the founding of Level 3 Communications, he served as president and CEO of MFS Global Network Services, where he helped lead the growth of MFS from a single city service provider to a full service provider with international reach. During his tenure at MFS, annual revenue grew to more than $2 billion, and the company was sold for more than $14 billion. He also serves on the board of directors for RigNet Communications and Elemental Technologies.
Mr. O'Hara is an advocate for children and has served on the board of directors for the President’s Advisory Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado for more than 10 years. He and his family have also been long time supporters of Community Food Share whose mission is to provide food for families in need.
Mr. O’Hara earned a BSEE from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has been recognized as one of the Drexel 100, Drexel University’s highest level of recognition, bestowed on a select group of graduates for their lifetime achievements.
Jesse Selnick, Chief Financial Officer
Jesse Selnick brings more than 15 years of financial management, operations, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets. He joined Integra in March, 2012 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for finance and corporate development. Mr. Selnick most recently served as managing director for Blackstone in New York. During his nearly 10-year tenure, Mr. Selnick was a member of Blackstone's M&A and strategic advisory group, focusing on technology and communications companies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Selnick has achieved significant results in leading client-critical initiatives in the areas of financial and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure and financing. Mr. Selnick has BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ken Smith, Executive Vice President, Sales
Ken Smith joined Integra in April 2012 as Executive Vice President of Sales responsible for Sales, Sales Support and Customer Care. Mr. Smith brings nearly 30 years sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to his role at Integra, he served as principal of Serviam, LLC, and held various executive leadership roles at CenturyLink, Inc.
During his tenure at CenturyLink, Mr. Smith led mid-market and enterprise efforts, restructured the company's inside sales and customer care divisions to better support client and market demands, improved revenue and sales production for a $1B organization of nearly 600 employees. His career also includes management positions at ICG Communications, Inc., Broadwing Communications, LLC, MCI Worldcom, and AT&T. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts in Language from University of Utah.
Joseph Harding, Senior Vice President, Marketing
Joseph Harding is Senior Vice President of Marketing for Integra. Mr. Harding joined the company in September, 2011 and is responsible for marketing and product management. He directs go-to-market strategy, product management, strategic pricing and corporate marketing.
Mr. Harding brings more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In his most recent role as VP, Product Development at Level 3, Mr. Harding was instrumental in leading Level 3’s expansion into enterprise and content services, now key growth engines for that business. He also held senior leadership positions in product management, customer experience strategy, business process management and e-commerce for Level 3. Mr. Harding began his career at MCI Communications as a marketing manager in the business markets division. Mr. Harding has a BS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Karen Clauson, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Karen Clauson, Integra’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel has more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry. Ms. Clauson joined the company in September, 2007 through the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. Her extensive experience includes policy and regulatory management, as well as litigation, contractual, and employment advisory responsibilities. Ms. Clauson graduated with top honors from the University of Minnesota Law School and has a Master’s degree in Communication from Utah State University.
Felicity O'Herron, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
With more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Felicity O’Herron joined Integra in late 2012 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. O’Herron brings to Integra an exceptional track record of building strong HR teams and initiatives that drive company strategies and operational goals, and a focus on creating a performance-based culture. Most recently, Felicity served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with ProBuild Holdings, a building materials distributor in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, she worked for Qwest Communications for several years as Vice President of Human Resources. Graduating in the top 8% of her class, Ms. O’Herron holds a Law degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
